It will be the flower garden that is filled mostly with flowers that rely on lots of sunlight that will look the best this summer. Sadly for many gardeners, it is difficult to predict this type of weather pattern, and many avid home gardeners have encountered great difficulties with their summertime hobby.
Having a flower garden that will catch someone’s eye as they walk by is a difficult task that requires a lot of hard work, planning, and dedication. It takes many gardeners years of work to develop a flower garden of this nature. Each year, gardeners will have to plan their mix of both annuals and perennials to will bloom at varying times of the gardening season. This will create a flower garden that is constantly changing throughout the summer in order to keep the audience interested in how it develops. Using a combination of annuals and perennials offers several advantages. Annuals need only to be planted once and they will continue to blossom for years to come. While this will forfeit some flexibility, it is easier to plan and execute. Using some perennials in your flower garden each year lets you exercise some new creativity each year. Although it is more work to plant them each season, it will surely be worth it to allow you to keep trying new varieties and bringing new colors to your flower garden.
