Makes the same pleasent and soothing noise whatever the weather, only the volume varies. Sounds like you have some gentile Tibetan monks in your garden, at pray, lovely!

Nice idea, but it is tiny. The 2 1/2 inches in the description refers to the diameter of the largest bell, which I should have figured out before I ordered it.
