Black and Decker Firestorm battery charger for all PS series black and Decker Batteries EXCEPT 18V batteries. Charges 8.4, 9.6, 12, 13.2, and 14.4 Firestorm Batteries in 1 hour. Will not charge the slide pack batteries, only the Firestorm batteries w/ a stem. Has 4 diagnostic modes to show charging, charged, problem powerline or replace battery. A lot of the 3 hour chargers will quit working because a bad battery pack causes them to fail. That is what makes these so nice. It has a light that will show if your battery is bad or not. Again: this is for the Firestorm, Quantum pro batteries with a 'stem' on them that pops up into the tool. Usually designated by letters PS on the model #, such as PS140 PS130 PS120 etc.
