The smoker fits along the left-hand side of Genesis models Gold B, Gold C, Silver B, and Silver C. Both box and grates are made from enameled porcelain. To use, simply fill the smoker with presoaked wood chips or veggies--to infuse them with the aroma of a simultaneously cooking steak. As meats cook, aromas seep out of the wood chips, infusing meats and vegetables with undertones of the chosen flavors.
