To Use Bags:Pull out bag and tear off at perforation. To Refill Leash:Unscrew cap and place refill roll inside. Tighten cap. To Stop Leash:Press brake button in. To Lock LeashPush lock button in while pressing brake. Safety Precautions For safest operation, manufacturer recommends using the leash with a metal choke chain or heavy duty nylon collar. Plastic bags can be dangerous--keep out of reach of children and pets. Examine the condition of leash and collar before each use. Discontinue use of leash or collar if it becomes worn, damaged, frayed, or chewed. Keep metal hook fastened to dog's collar at all times. Always hold leash by handle; never hold the cord. Keep cord from wrapping around any body parts; cord can cut or burn you. If leash separates from collar, press the brake button immediately and cover your face to prevent possible injury. Do not open leash housing; it contains a tightly wound spring which can cause injury. The leash is not a toy and should only be used for its intended purpose.
