It has been augmented with ultraviolet inhibitors and anti-microbial enhancement as to prevent degradation from outdoor exposure. It is virtually indistinguishable from cotton. An outdoor fabric that looks and feels like cotton! Rust-free decorative brass grommets span 2 1/2' apart for even distribution of fabric bed. Spreader bars are constructed of solid oak for premium durability and strength. Spreader bars are triple dipped in marine spar varnish to lengthen life. Spreader design enhances gentle swaying motion. Hammock comes complete with superior constructed hardware.
