One end of the hose threads right on to the Underground Exterminator and the other end goes into the tunnel or burrow. The Underground Exterminator then easily attaches to virtually any exhaust pipe. Start your engine and then carbon monoxide does the rest. Since the CO gas is under pressure, the entire underground tunnel is filled with the vehicle exhaust. The unit has been shown to be a humane yet highly effective way to get rid of these pests. An excellent alternative to poison baits or traps due to its effectiveness over a large area.
