All Things Cedar must be notified by email with supporting pictures of defective item or part. The warranty only covers replacement of the defective item/part, not a refund of the purchase price. In the event you decide to completely cancel the order for a refund you will be responsible for returning the item to All Things Cedar as follows: Returns must be requested by email within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 5% restocking fee.
